Had the pleasure of dealing with Tim Bush and what a credit he is to the Sytner team. Have collected my new car from them a BMW approved used 8 series and everything was smooth and went flawless, car is in exceptional condition and Tim made sure everything was sorted and ready for collection. Absolute joke of a system. There is nothing you can do to talk to an actual person in service. Use Whatsapp (which is slow to respond) or wait for a call back.
I DON'T WANT A CALLBACK, I want to talk to someone.

Amazing service from start to finish!
Tim was absolutely fantastic. I enquired about a car on Tuesday, and he called me back promptly. We had a great conversation, and he took the time to answer all my questions. Most importantly, he matched everything perfectly to my budget and found exactly the car I was looking for.
A solid 10/10 for Tim.
I was running a little late on the day of collection, but Tim kindly stayed behind after hours to make sure all the paperwork was completed and personally handed over my lovely BMW.
Excellent customer service throughout, and I would highly recommend Tim to anyone looking for a new car.
