Lack of customer service
I've been a loyal customer since the garage first opened in High Wycombe, but my recent visits have proved to be disappointing. The most recent visit highlighted the lack of customer service from what was once, in my opinion, a very focused and extremely satisfying experience. On this occasion, the waiting time to see the person looking after the service was overly long. Eventually, a young lady, who was very polite, came out to apologise, for the original person who was supposed to book me in. The young lady booked me and advised that the original service adviser would ring me. I received a call to say the service was completed and I could collect my vehicle between 5pm and 5.30pm. I arrived at the garage around 5.15 to collect. My wait was over 20 minutes, during which I observed staff chatting amongst themselves, whilst customers were waiting. I was eventually given my keys without any explanation relating to the service carried out, although a video was received. Again, the original person I needed to speak to was reported as unavailable and was told I would receive a call the following day, which to date has not been received.

My car was booked in for an MOT. The booking procedure was easy and a warm welcome was provided on my arrival.
The turnaround time as excellent supported by an online tracker to keep up with the status of my vehicle and I was on my way in just over an hour. Excellent service all round. Thank you Catherine and the team!

Not happy with this Company as regards customer service
Hi
I left a deposit to hold a car red BMW Z4 overnight after the site gave a me a trade-in figure they took my money but removed my holding deposit without any explaining why the next day, the lowered my trade-in by a £1000 for no reason. I wrote to the sales manager and demanded my deposit back he ignored all my requests, they took my bank details and said they would return my money I am still waiting, there Customer service is appalling for a main a dealer. I would not recommend them. I will need to contact the Sytner Customer service office to try and get my money back. Please tread carefully with this Company don't trust them Company with your hard earned cash.

I've been coming to Sytner High Wycombe since they started. I like the people and I find that I always get a good experience and good service and, if something is not as I hoped for initially (which is rarely the case) it always gets sorted out quickly and effectively.

Always very friendly, welcoming and helping staff. I had an air conditioning failure and they fitted me in within half an hour, which was great given the hot weather is approaching.
