Great service!
My windscreen washers had stopped working -on an 18m old expensive car. BMW wanted my car all day to run a £150 diagnostic! And no dealer would give me a ‘while you wait’ appointment. However, both the guy on Service Reception & Navasha, Service Adviser at Sytner High Wycombe, were both appreciative of my frustrations and disruption to my working day. I arrived at 8am as requested. By 11am I was out of there with my car not just sorted, but washed and vacuumed. Huge thanks to both of them for making this happen. They went above and beyond! Thank you.

Had taken car for brake oil service and MOT, dealer unable to remove tyres, charged for additional work. Informed from outset issue with opening bonnet, was assured that it was sorted, on arrival and trying could not open the same. dissapointed with service received. got car back after a week.

Polite and helpful service team. The mechanic who looked at my car really new his stuff. Quickly identified the fix needed. Sent through a clear video talking through his findings (and went through a general end to end check of the car). The parts were ordered in and my car fixed the next day under warranty (and returned washed!)!

Very professional job - as usual. You performed MOT, then investigated a potential gearbox oil leak. The latter turned out to be a false alarm, and found to be a historical spillage rather than a leak. Your service advisor kindly discounted the usual fee as a result. I also appreciated the use of a loan car for the day.
