Professional, courteous representative, James Courtney, who managed the sale of my BMW i3S back to the Sytner group. James did what he said he would in a timely manner. Appalling service
Sent check in form twice after already completing it (inefficient)
Told car was ready at 11.15am. It wasn’t! Because when I came to collect it at14.15 it still hadn’t been cleaned.
I pointed out I was in a hurry for a meeting . Your staff weren’t! By the time I got my keys and drove off in the car , I was late for the meeting ( unacceptable)

Communication was great, easy to book a service. My only feedback would be that it’s was all a little bit expensive, I went for convenience because you had my car, however the cost of the tyres were ridiculous compared to else where.

Went in on Sunday to potentially test drive a car but had not booked an appointment. We were assisted by Martin who was absolutely wonderful as he allowed us to test drive two cars after abit of browsing. All in all a very smooth experience thanks to the amazing customer service. I think we were in there for about 2 hours from browsing to test drive and purchasing a car. Martin was very knowledgeable and is a great addition to your sales team as the car was also made ready for us to pick up 24 hours later. Thank you very much for a great experience! Highly recommended and hopefully will see you guys in the near future for a 2nd purchase.
