mini experience
We were very pleased with our visit to Sytner mini in High Wycombe.
We dealt with a lovely lady called Ashley who answered all our questions and was incredibly helpful and efficient with dealing with our purchase of a Mini Cooper. She explained everything to us in great detail and phoned us after a few days to see if we had any problems with the car. We loved the poster on the car saying do not touch this is Sue and Philips new mini a very nice personal touch and made us laugh.
We would definitely go back to this dealership.

Superb purchasing experience at Sytner Mini High Wycombe
Buying my mini at Sytner High Wycombe was a joy at every stage. This is my third mini and probably the best ever purchasing experience.
However the Service team are excellent too!
I enjoyed understanding the specification options. The sales team can explain everything!

Kieran Finch provided a great end to end service. Jason Wilkins supported the sale well with details of the financial arrangements on offer.
I was fortunate to be able to purchase a new Mini Cooper S Sport which was a cancelled order and therefore immediately available. I am already enjoying my new Mini.

Not approachable, not responsive, irresponsible sales
Communicating with the sales was a disaster. Called the center many times to confirm a transaction but I was told to wait for the callback. I asked for manager's help but was also declined. I did not receive any response for several days. Terrible experience and will not recommend.
Follow up: We requested a replacement of sales. The car was finally delivered but it was filthy. There was also a crack on the tyre. The sales had promised to arrange a cleaning service.

Honest and straightforward the staff could not have been more helpful. Our home is near Salisbury Wiltshire therefore a two hour journey to visit the showroom and secure a mini.
The sales team but more importantly Zubin we’re efficient the transaction and mini handover on our second visit was excellent.
