The sales staff were very helpful thoughout the purchase of our third MINI from Sytner High Wycombe as have been all the staff involved with the previous two puurchases. I was really unhappy with the length of time it took to get my car and the fact that they changed the spec and therefore increased the cost of my car. I ordered in Oct for delivery by March and it was only in March that they then said the spec had to change. I felt really unhappy until the service I received on the day I collected my car (11 months after ordering) experience from the day before was really great

Saturday. It was quite noticeable that the automated central switchboard caused delays in locating rhe person relating to my request. Neither was i able to connect using individuals previously stored branch numbers. I felt as if i were communicating with a robot if fact i most probably was!. It was obvious that information relating to my call was stored and available but it was all too to robotic and in my case really did not function well and my questions remain unanswered. Orherwise the High Wycombe branch was efficient and friendly during normal weekdays
