Delighted with the car and the service that Jason Wilkins gave . He was very patient explaining all the features on the car .

The young man was very friendly but did not complete the handover satisfactory. My car was damaged on pick up and he said it would take 2-3 days. He has not got back to me and I had to chase.
I also asked twice if there was a handbook and he said no all on line. We found one in the boot. The handover was also rushed

I had a wonderful experience with Sytner Mini, High Wycombe. From the initial meeting and test drives I was constantly put at ease and felt safe, despite the difficult times we have had.
A part exchange was organised easily and I had regular phone calls and emails right up to the day of collection. We dealt with Charlie, who was extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable.

Just the best service, as soon as I explained my brief vehicle was located. I had a trial drive, loved it, the car was mine within two weeks, with only the registration plates to have fitted locally. Zubin Sayed looked after me and his patience and help went above and beyond. He talked me through securing the cherished registration which had to be done in line. Top marks, he is a top man.

Bought new mini convertible online and via phone conversations during the lockdown. I was surprised that Sytner Mini High Wycombe gave me the best deal and I couldn’t fault their attentiveness and friendliness.
When we collected the car it was the first time we’d seen the new Zesty Lemon colour on a real vehicle so there was a bit of trepidation but it’s great. Although we’ve had four other Minis this was the first convertible and we’d not been able to test drive one so I was worried the ride on 18” run flats would be uncomfortable but we’re loving the car. Just need some sun to be able to get the roof down!
