A good experience from start to finish. I was kept informed of the progress of my car at all times. Any queries were answered promptly via email/phone.
Despite Covid the car production and handover went to plan.
I was extremely pleased that the Mini had a 2021 upgrade and that Sytner paid the price increase. I can thoroughly recommend Synter in High Wycombe.

i approached Syntner to test drive a mini but due to lockdown they were unable to facilitate this. However, Syntner remained in touch and I was able to test drive a mini on the day they opened and five days later drove away in my new car. Syntner did what they said they were going to do and were very attentive to my wishes. From first enquiry to driving the car away, it was a positive experience.

Good experience with buying process. Met both Zac and Ashley. Excellent handover on collection and the questions we had were all answered.

Thank you Jack for your amazing hard work in getting me my beautiful cooper! Jack is young yet very professional at his job, and it is obvious he loves what he does. He kept me informed regularly on how things were going and made me feel involved, reassured and very happy.

Excellent service was received from the High Wycombe dealership. Ashley was extremely helpful including sending videos of the car so I could see the car closer up.

I dealt with Jason who was very helpful from the very beginning.
He dealt with my numerous emails and also supported me really well when I came to collect my car.
As someone who doesn’t really know
Much about cars and have never driven a mini, I was worried about not having the chance to. test drive it However, he talked me through everything really well before I had to take it home.
The whole process was made so simple and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jason and sytner to people

I had a very positive experience with Sytner when purchasing my car. However the salesman left the company before I had taken possession of my car and I was not informed of this. Hence for a week my emails not answered. However the situation was redeemed by Jason Wilkins who had to step in at the last minute to arrange the paperwork and collection of my car. He was exemplary in sorting out the paperwork and hand over if my new Mini Countryman car. He was personable and could not do enough to ensure I was happy with my new car. This is the second time I have used Sytner to purchase my new car and would use them again!

Amazing Service again by Izzy Standley the Business Manager . We are repeat customers and wouldn't deal with anyone else or go anywhere else. She is a credit to Sytner High Wycombe . Despite Lockdown she still managed to get us our brand New Mini Cooper through click and collect and kept us informed every step of the way. What could have been a stressful time def was not and that was all down to Izzy making sure we have a great experience of a new car. Thank you Izzy. Also a shout out to Zubin Sayed who we collected the car from with face masks on!!! The only minus was the valeting on the car. Also chips on bonnet bodywork and windscreen. All now rectified but is a two and a half hour round trip for us

Jason Martin at Sytner HW was very helpful throughout the purchase process. I can't fault him for his customer service.
We were a little unhappy with how long the finances took to get sorted though and know that Jason did everything he could do move it along. It was out of his control.
We cleared our money on the Tuesday, and expected to collect the car on the Thursday. However the Mini Finance dept were very slow and so we couldn't collect the car until Saturday pm.
