My experience of buying a new car was not what I thought it would be. No test drive and customer service from a distance, but that's CoVID for you. Maybe i should have waited and not be left feeling a little deflated by the whole experience.

Great service and perseverance by Zubin to find me my new Mini Countryman Cooper S! I am so pleased with it. The whole search and then purchase process was very efficient and easy to deal with by email, video information and phone. Fast reaction times too and no ‘hard sell’ First class service and that is an accolade hard to obtain from me!

My experience of buying a car at High Wycombe was a good one. The salesman, Jack Dalton, was very knowledgeable about the car I was buying and he was also very pleasant, courteous and helpful throughout the process. In spite of the Covid restrictions he made the procedure of buying as straightforward as he could.

I have nothing but praise for the service I received at Sytner High Wycombe. I ordered a new Mini and was talked through all the options available and relevant to me, including appropriate finance. I was kept in touch after ordering to let me know approximately when the car would be delivered. When the time came to pick up the car from Sytners, all the controls were explained which gave me confidence. I have had the car for about a week now and have had a follow up phone call to make sure everything is ok. There were a few things I didn't quite understand and these were addressed and talked through.
I would highly recommend Sytners High Wycombe. I haven't named the salesman in this review but I would like to thank him for his help and professionalism.
