Look out for the screen wash scam.
The day before my service I had to fill my screen wash. It cost £4 for 5 litres from Wilko. On my service invoice was a charge of £5.07 for screen wash. I pointed out that this couldn’t have been included. It took 2.5 litres for me to fill the screen wash. I was handed a 500 ml bottle as compensation!!! They call this customer service. It appears they don’t fill the screen wash. They tip in 500ml and charge you £5.

I was welcomed to the dealership by the reception staff, offered tea during brief wait to meet the service adviser. The work and price was specified prior to the work which was completed in the time frame promised.
