I waited over 2 hrs for an mot
I had booked over the phone for an mot, it was booked in for 10am to wait for the car, when we had a call a few days before to confirm, it was not booked in to wait, so the lady changed it to 12pm, but a text said it was 11.45, I got to Coventry Sytner at 11.30, I left at 1.45!! It was only for an mot on a 2018 car we had bought 6 months early from Coventry Sytner, why did I have to wait over 2 hrs

Having travelled from Oxford we were warmly welcomed and offered refreshments on our arrival at the dealership. Our visit was a fact finding mission as we are looking to move from our current XF to an F-Pace. It was a pleasure talking through the model options with Callum who was able to answer our questions (which were many) with a high degree of knowledge and who was courteous and professional throughout our time with him. We are now much clearer on which model suited our taste and requirements and hope to make the change over in the not too distant future. Your receptionist and Callum made our visit a hugly positive experience and we would like if this could be acknowledged, they are super assets to your company!

Great experience and service. Leanne looked after us from the initial visit to collection of our F Pace 2 weeks later. We did visit another independent Jaguar dealership, not Sytner however, there the service was poor! Would recommend visiting the Coventry Sytner dealership as I’m sure you will be looked after and feel valued.

First MoT
My car was going in for its first MoT today. Nick who met me was very pleasant and made sure I understood the process, times etc. He handed me over to Sharyn Edwards who got me a cupa and biscuits and made sure I had a clean and quiet place to be able to work whilst I waited. I can’t fault Jaguar. I’ve had my car since new and the service I have received from Jaguar Coventry has been brilliant.

Jaguar Coventry - Simply the Best !
I approached the service centre at Sytner Jaguar in Coventry, with a fault on an E-Pace purchased in Northampton. From the moment I stepped inside the support and the service was exemplary. There was no responsibility to help me, but they did so without hesitation.
The knowledge of the team, communication and organisation was excellent. In particular Mr Steve Burn, went out of his way to support me through a difficult situation. This is a dealership who understand customer service and are genuinely committed to delivering it.

Went into for a service and still got… Several times on ipace
Went into for a service and still got the service reminder flashing at me.
After another visit this issue was still not resolved. I have lost count how many time i have been asked to log out of my app and log back into it to try and resolve the issue. I have also been instructed to deleted the remote app and reinstall on phone. I have now having to rebook my car in the 3rd time to clear this service light.
