I have never received anything less than tremendous customer service @ Sytner Jaguar Coventry.
You walk through the door and are greeted warmly and always with a smile. The staff in the the service dept are knowledgeable, helpful and always prepared to go above and beyond.

Routine service for the car
Routine service for the car, booking process easy, courtesy car offered without my asking.
Service completed quickly and car cleaned before I collected.
I requested that new front wipers were fitted, this was done within the service with no additional labour costs.

Fantastic Customer Service
As always Sytner Jaguar at Coventry gave me an A1 customer experience, both on a recent warranty claim matter, and then more recently on a routine service. They always make me feel like a highly valued customer - a special mention to Claire in Service Dept who is the very definition of Customer Service

Poorly car
Every time I come in to have my car looked at I get very good service. On this occasion with the issues that I have had with my vehicle Claire on the service desk has gone Beyond my expectations with the help and support she has offered and given me during my last experience. Annual MOT
I took my car in for its annual MOT, Greeted by the receipsionist who showed me to the service Co ordinator, car booked in, I sat in the customer reception area where tea, coffee and biscuits were a available where I waited. Car returned valited with full MOT. Pleasent morning stay attended to by Sytner staff.

Really pleased
I dropped my car off at 8am and the lady helping me apologised as they were short staffed on the day and didn’t want to keep me waiting, which they didn’t.
I received a phone call midday and was told I could collect my car - very smooth process.
Overall, very happy.
I also appreciated them cleaning the car.

I’d recommend this dealership to anyone we as a company have had 3 vehicles from them now and they’ve looked after us every time. Our sales rep Mike Swetman this time sorted a cancelled order vehicle for me as I’d waited nearly twelve months for a car that JLR had cancelled. He rang me with the details and the car spec I agreed straight away and a week later I picked it up. Excellent service all round.

Excellent service, I just wish Jaguar would facilitate software updates at home or work
I had great overall service from Sytner Jaguar Coventry. The car however now needs a software update. When I first bought the car it also needed an update, this was done at home by Jaguar Assist. It was a full update and had to be hard wired, at my home. Because this time it now hasn't broken down this update has to be done at the garage. This surely isn't the best use of anyone's time in 2022 ? This doesn't reflect on Sytner, its 'Jaguar Policy' .

'Service provider' Matthew kept me informed of details such as pick up, delivery etc. which helped with my itinerary for the day.

Happy with Sytners Coventry, especially Anthony Griffith.
I returned to Sytners (previously Guy Salmon) after a good experience buying two cars there a couple of years ago.
Once again an extremely satisfactory experience, particularly good service from Anthony Griffith, who helped with everything, even getting involved when the Podpoint company, from whom I bought the electrical charging station, were less than perfect (although their installer Mohammed was great).
No problem, happy to use Sytners in future even though it's 50 miles from my home in Nottingham.
