The service was carried out when agreed at the agreed price and I am very happy with the whole process.

Buying an expensive new car can be a difficult and even stressful experience. Not so my recent purchase from Guy Salmon. Admittedly I had done my research and knew what I wanted. An internet search one Sunday morning suggested that Guy Salmon may have the ideal vehicle, so I filled in internet request form. This resulted in a very helpful call back from the showroom and in short order a proposed package for a part exchange deal. Not quite what I wanted I said, how can we help? came the reply. A trip to the showroom the next day resulted in a deal that satisfied me and the dealer. Ten days later I picked up my new vehicle. Well done Guy Salmon, that’s how it should be done!

My car was booked in for an MOT and oil change I was very happy with the service and the efficiency have nothing to complain about

well recieved, service carried and MOT carried out as requested, minor repair carried out

We recently purchased a 12 yr old Jaguar with low mileage and decided to take it to main dealer for a major service and MOT, which was due. We were very pleased with the whole experience. The staff were very pleasant, and the service assistant explained everything clearly and it gave us confidence that our car was in good hands! We were not hurried, and all our questions were answered, including how we sorted out our old number plate from a previous car to be put onto our new car.

My partner and I went to the Maidstone showroom yesterday to have a look for a car for myself. The salesman greeted us with ‘how can we help you sir’,

I’m no feminist preacher but we’re in 2021 now, why would you assume it’s my partner looking for a vehicle, is there an unwritten rule that females can’t have a Jaguar. I was quite taken aback as I’ve never experienced this with any other car brand before but that one small thing has made me never want to go to Jaguar again.

I suggest they bring their staff in to the current year otherwise they are sending a whole audience out the door without even stepping foot in a vehicle.

The loan car was very dirty as was the one before, This is not something you would expect from Jaguar,
once I could understand, not twice now, very disappointing.
Jaguar is not a back street garage ! or is it ?

Vehicle went in for annual service and MOT plus tyres. Collect and return service is highly valued. Also asked to investigate a road noise. A wheel bearing was replaced, unfortunately noise is still present and is being followed up. Thanks as always to helpful and efficient service staff, especially Michael and Karen.
