We had a really great experience at Sytner and went from browsing to shaking a hand in the blink of an eye due to the extraordinary customer service and care.
We dealt with Joe and he made myself and my partner feel like we were his only concern in the world. We were buying approved used, but the level of care and attention to detail we received, you would have thought we were buying new.

Such a smooth process.
Received a call from Chris Buss - Group Buyer for Sytner who wished to purchase my car.
Chris was open, honest and very easy to deal with offering a good price for my vehicle against car buying websites.
Throughout the process he kept me updated, and any questions I had were answered promptly. Whilst I was sceptical of the process it was very easy.
Car has been collected and funds paid to me before I handed the vehicle over.
Would highly recommend Chris as a buyer

Do not follow consumer duty laws
My mother is vulnerable at 78 years old and doesn't always understand fully whats being explained to her, this dealership and the Solihull Sytner dealership have forced upsell tactics to try and get her to spend more money and have charged her £300 for an oil service after shes only had the car 6 months. She has also had to travel back to both dealerships to get multiple issues with the car fixed, they have shown no consideration for her age and do not follow the Consumer Duty laws. Buy at your peril.

A really positive experience
From the moment I looked into trading in my mini for a newer used mini, the process was explained to me clearly and helpfully. My salesperson looked after me throughout, communicating regularly by phone and e-mail enabling me to buy a car that I love and that meets my needs. He seemed to care very much that I was happy with my purchase.
