Sytner Group - Sytner Leicester MINI Reviews 

We ordered a Mini Cooper S from Sytner Leicester when living in Cornwall. They explained everything well over a series of phone calls. We arranged to stay overnight when picking up the car. The car was not quite ready as the wrong part had arrived and the new one was being fitted. However, staff were courteous and helpful and there was not much of a delay. The hand-over went well - there was so much for us to take in, but that wasn’t the staff member’s fault. We are still finding things out! Overall, impressive service and an impressive car.

The sales representative (Danny) did a good job, so that the car was collected much earlier than scheduled. He made prompt responses whenever enquiries were directed to him.

What a wonderful experience buying my used Mini from Sytner Leicester. Grace was absolutely amazing she was so helpful, kind and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she made me and my daughter feel so welcome. When Grace was not in a lovely lady called Haydi was just as good. Buying my Mini was a very easy and pleasant experience and pick up was made very special. Thank you 😊

I took my car to go get cleaned and repaired and I came back the time that they told me to and they done nothing to my car if anything it looked dirtier when I went to go pick it up plus some girl called Georgie was very disrespectful towards me and had an attitude everyone she spoke to me

Great service and communication Kamila Wiss on the purchase and handover of our brand new Mini Cooper Countryman. A 9 month wait but we got there in the end.

Kamila was extremely friendly and accommodating in allowing my husband and I to take a vehicle for a test drive. Having never driven an electric vehicle (or mini) before we were not sure on the suitability of it or the range. Any question we asked Kamila to which she didn’t know the answer she did her utmost to find out the information for us. We ordered an electric mini and I collected it on 1 September. On the day of collection one of the elements was not working in the set up to enable remote connectivity with the app. Kamila managed to resolve the issue after liaising with the service department rather than allowing me to drive away. I am really happy with the vehicle 😊

Shraddha & Paige kept me up to date on status of my car and progress/changes.
Shraddha made sure that we have smooth hand over on the day and was lovely to meet her and provided all the information/ help require and also follow up with me after few days later to make sure I am happy with my MINI.

Buying my new car was an absolute pleasure thanks to the help of Deni.i found all the paperwork to be clear and useful, and the discussion of finance options was thorough and informative.

Bought an M4 competition online from Sytner Leicester, drove from Kent with my family to collect the Car 31st July as ‘end of the month sales figures pressure’. Inspected the car and there were several faults. Damage to front bumper, damage to rear bumper, damage to drivers door and the car was dirty. Salesman Denil Chauhan hadn’t completed all the promised conditions of sale so I was very disappointed. Salesman got his manager over who assured me they would collect the car from Kent on a flat bed, get the panels re sprayed, have it professionally cleaned, loan me a car whilst it was away if I paid for it, unfortunately I did. The dealership did confirm they would complete the list in writing to me collecting the car on the 19th August, however now they are refusing to honour the agreement saying ‘it’s too expensive for them’. They have offered for me to drive it an hour from where I live to get the work done at another Sytner location or they could drive the car back to Leicester putting 250 miles on the clock, neither is what they promised at point of sale or satisfactory. My wife is a lawyer who works for the financial conduct authority (FCA) so the legal route is relatively simple but this was supposed to be a enjoyable experience not the frustrating one it has become, They have now offered a refund which I am awaiting confirmation that this includes all related fees (interest on loans, insurance cancellation, plate transfer etc), they may put this in writing but judging by their past record will this be honoured! I contacted BMW UK Ltd to help, they were of no use, washing their hands of it stating ‘each Dealership is independent and they have no control over them’, I doubt this is completely true either.
We all get excited about getting a new car but if you want to buy one from Sytner Leicester make sure it’s perfect before handing over the money and expect little or nothing from them once you have.

The superb customer relations were a credit to sytner and Tasha is an incredible ambassador for your company. We will most certainly be using you for our servicing and future purchases. Thank you also to the business manager all the other staff who helped and showed curtesy during our visits including all the phone calls during the sale…nothing was to much trouble.
