Third purchase through Sytner Leicester and again it was fantastic! Fantastic communication from Paige. She is also super helpful and explains everything really clearly.
The staff all get 5 stars. However, I think Mini could have done more to compensate for the really long and unexpected lead time. I understand and events happen that can’t be predicted, but I would have appreciated a gesture!

Great experience very happy!
I had a fantastic experience buying my car with the help of Denice. She explained everything and made me feel comfortable to ask any questions so I went away very happy with my new car. No question was too silly and I was shown how everything worked in detail before I drove off. Denice is a real credit to the team! I wouldn’t get a car from anywhere else now.

Twice picking up a new car, been amazing!
Got my car so quickly and was presented with the car, a big bow on top, and something saying it was my car which I loved! Was shown very thoroughly how to use all the tech in the car and process of handing over was very smooth!

After spotting my mini on the new mini stock locator and contacting Sytner Leicester Mini about buying this, I have received a 5 star service throughout. Any queries I had were answered straight away and I had the mini delivered to me which was very appreciated. The handover from Shraddha was well delivered and professional.
