Good sales experience, with a few issues to follow but Dan was keen to resolve these.
Sales experience was better than other sites visited. A few issues occured during staff holiday and some missed calls/emails, but Dan was keen to address this and resolve which is reassuring and would encourage me to return in future.

Purchased my new X6 from Sytner Luton last week and as always, received an exceptional service from Hee and Dan who were superb. The whole process was very satisfying and enjoyable and as I have been dealing with Hee since 2017 I would highly recommend. Customer care is brilliant and it is made sure that your requirements are properly met. Finally, the X6 is absolutely stunning and a perfect replacement for my previous BMW! Just purchased a very nice 1 series. This was originally with the Sunningdale branch of Sytner, Lee Wandsworth went out of his way to get the vehicle to the Luton branch. Kept my car for eight months to replace…
Kept my car for eight months to replace a glass window.
Horrible customer service, extremely difficult to get someone from the servicing team on the phone. They don't follow up on the status of the car. Then after 8 months of holding the car, they still promise Friday, then don't deliver, then Wednesday next week and don't deliver, all of this with no communication.

How car buying should be..
I was lucky enough to deal with Lee Wadsworth who was excellent from start to finish despite my not so easy requests.
The car was handed over to me in exceptional condition and even though it was a used car purchase it felt like a new car buying experience.
Lee even collected me from Luton train station to save me a taxi ride.
He represents exactly what the car buying experience should be, personable and knowledgable whilst remaining completely pressure free.
If I ever need another car from the Sytner Group Lee will be my first port of call, despite living 100 miles from Luton!

What can I say more about the service I have received from Sytner BMW Luton - apart from Perfection! I have just taken possession of my third BMW from them, everything from sourcing my vehicle, to the paperwork, handover, managing my expectations and keeping me updated has just been faultless. Tony Gair, was as always keeping me updated, giving me advice and ensuring I was happy. They also do amazing coffee!!
