Allens & Sia have been first class in trying to get the deal over the line on a used car, a real asset to the company. The only major issue I have is that the telecoms system needs an urgent review, as I could not get past the automated system to speak to anyone and had to rely on email and a callback. Great work team, and keep it up, I would employ either of you :)

Very smooth purchase of a X5 from Sytner BMW Nottingham
Great customer experience, smooth purchase and very happy with the overall process from Daniel at Sytner BMW.
I Initially rang to ask for a video of the X5 I was interested in. That was sent within an hour. Visited Sytner BMW Nottingham the same day. The car was ready to view and test drive. Even showed me some other colour options in the X5 to help me decide which colour.
Agreed the purchase with the paper process very smooth. Daniel Rana the BMW sales rep explained everything clearly, wasn't pressured on the purchase or the options. Daniel organised everything through the week and I picked up the X5 the following week. Can't faulty the process, service and very happy with the X5.
Can't recommend Sytner BMW Nottingham enough and in particular Daniel who made the process effortless.
Would definitely do business their again.

Premium buying experience
I recently purchased a BMW Z4 from Daniel at Sytner Nottingham and couldn’t be happier. I already knew the car I wanted, and Daniel was available immediately to arrange a viewing and everything that followed was incredibly smooth, speedy (just like the car!) and straightforward.
He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the test drive spot on, ensuring I experienced all the different driving modes, which gave me real confidence in the car.
The personal touches really stood out too, especially the fantastic video he took of me driving out of the showroom.
A genuinely 5-star experience with friendly staff offering high level of hospitality in an environment that makes you feel valued. Highly recommend Daniel if you’re considering a new car.

Outstanding Service
My 3rd Car from Sytner BMW Nottingham and again they excelled in all departments, I have dealt with the same sales person for all 3 cars I’ve purchased over the last 8 years, Stephen Barradell has guided and advised me as always. I travel from York each time and although the cars are not in Nottingham it’s never any trouble to have them sent to the dealership for me to view, thank you Sytner and thank you Stephen the customer service has been outstanding again.
