Dropped into to ask a question at mini Nottingham and they were very helpful. I emailed a few weeks later on a Sunday at 10am looking to buy buying another mini and by 2pm all sorted with a new mini deal. I was so delighted with the help of Rebecca and Conor and a smooth transaction of my second mini. I now a JCW and a cooper S Sport they look amazing on the drive next to each other. Excellent experience, Becky Warde was fantastic, would highly recommend anyone buying a mini from her. Becky was always very prompt and responsive to any questions and drove the car personally to deliver it over 100 miles away. Really very pleased with the service provided. Thank you once again

Brilliant Mini Service.
Booked my JCW in for its MOT and as it turns out, major service and New Brake pads.
From making the booking, to the reception I received today when I dropped my car off, to keeping me informed during the day (Even though the phones were down) right up to and including dealing with the painful payment side Olivia (Gatter) was absolutely brilliant, professional, efficient and above all caring about my whole customer experience! In these financially difficult times, the service I received, was reassuringly special... So very typically Mini!

Easy to deal with, no pressure selling!
This is second car we have purchased from Sytner Mini. We used the same salesperson on both occasion's even though it was 13 yrs between purchases. Always easy to deal with. No high pressure sales, just straight forward transaction.

Not entirely happy, but I like the car.
I dislike the way that your staff did not give me accurate information about the expected delivery date. Delivery was always two weeks further on. Eventually this took over 2 months before the vehicle finally made an appearance. This resulted in a significant reduction in the value of my p/x. How was I supposed to deal with the financial difficulties. Fortunately I was able to withstand the additional financial hit, but it was a close thing.

New mini collected in September
I brought a brand new car which we collected in September and the service overall was great. Evian was extremely welcoming and did everything he could to make sure we were happy. To our surprise the car was delivered earlier than expected. I did have an issue with the free insurance at first due to it not finding our address but the team were super helpful (including Daniel Taylor). The handover was very smooth and Evian even sent our daughter two mini cars as a birthday present. She plays with them every day so they have been a big hit.
