Lovely experience
Lovely experience! Evian provided professional service to us. We have changed the body colour after ordered the car and Evian provided the best service help us. Car comes a few months late and Evian contact us time to time to update us the progress. We feel like a vip!

Great experience
First time buying from a dealership and I haven’t regret it for one second. I’ve always wanted a mini again and found the most beautiful one at Sytner Nottingham, used car that is. It was very easy to contact the staff there. My sales rep was Matthew Priestley, he’s been with the company for a long time and it shows! He has all the knowledge about products and how the vehicle works. He’s been extremely helpful to contact and will call straight away if he’s emailed a question. I was really impressed with how the lay out was at the dealership. Theres no pressure at all and very relaxed. Also top marks for vehicle maintenance brand new tyres all round, breaks looked new, refurbed alloys fully restored to an excellent condition, clean as a whistle and still smells clean, MOT’d too! I will certainly go there again for another in the future. Thanks for all your help Matt.

Excellent service from Becky
From initial enquiry with Becky, to dealings with Brad, and Michael (I think?) the experience has been first class. Being an ex Sytner employee I was very critical but so happy with Becky, and my new Mini purchase. She really made the day special, was always honest in her emails, and always always returned calls/ emails which is a big thing when I’m busy working! Also engaged with our two small children.

From arriving to enquire about buying a Mini to collecting my new car a few days later the whole experience was hassle free. All the paperwork was explained clearly, there was no pressure, friendly and polite sales team, particularly Daniel Green-Yates who was brilliant.

This was my third Mini bought from Mini Sytner Nottingham and second one dealing with Daniel Green-Yates. As always although professional service there is also a distinct feeling of being part of the Mini family.
When I started looking for a replacement of previous Mini, I had no doubt that Mini Nottingham would be my first stop and I wanted Daniel to assist me.
From that first phone call to driving out with my new car, we were welcomed like old family, the kids going for the hot chocolate as we got underway speccing my new car.
Delivery day was a pleasure as quite a bit of paperwork is completed before arrival and a quick three signatures and we were the proud owners of our Mini Cooper.
