Mini countryman purchase
I found the vehicle I wanted online at Sytner Nottingham, I was unable to see the vehicle in person so was quite anxious about the process of buying at distance, no need to worry though as this was resolved with a fab live video that Sytner sent to me, they were in constant contact and really put me at ease, they could not have been more supportive all the way through, I dealt with one gentleman all the way through and he was available by email or phone 24/7 for any questions or concerns
The deal was completed effortlessly and my car delivered to my door

Sophie Mann at Sytner Nottingham was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
She was very knowledgeable and helped me set up Apple play and sorted a couple of niggles straight away.

Mini Countryman
We had a really positive expreiance, from arriving at Sytner, we had a sales person, Avion, who wasn't at all pushy, who talked us through our options on purchasing a New Mini Countryman, we were given a really good price on our two cars, we had a test drive, and he found the car for us. Avion was a true Gent. We woud not be going elsewhere but Sytners for our cars in the future.

Fantastic experience
I ordered a MIN Clubman JCW from Sytner Nottingham at the end of March with a delivery date of August 2023. I ended up getting it at the end of June.
Sophie Mann was my salesperson and she was absolutely fantastic. She got me an amazing deal on the new car and has communicated with me throughout the whole process, nothing has been too much trouble for her. She answered my queries straight away and even got me a great deal on a part exchange, even though I didn't originally plan to part exchange my old car.
I'd be more than happy to recommend Sophie and Sytner MINI Nottingham, and I just want to say a huge thanks to Sophie and Daniel for a perfect buying experience. Thank you.
