Straightforward and honest…
A straightforward and honest transaction from Sytner and in particular Matthew. I am new to Mini and the BMW brand having been with VAG for many years beforehand. Decided I wanted a new JCW mini which soon became a nearly new JCW. Found the one I wanted down south at Sytner Nottingham (I live in Newcastle). I was buying the car blind but Matthew and the team answered all my questions and helped in every way possible to make the transaction painless. Detailed photos and conversations gave me the confidence to make the purchase. So far I have been very happy with the vehicle and the car was as described. Would definitely consider speaking to them again for a future purchase.

As soon as they have your money the customer service drops off the side of a cliff. I’ve been waiting weeks and weeks for styner to sort out the bumper paint protection scheme they insist you have. Sold me a car for £16,000 and offered me 12,000 a few weeks later after problems with the car. My problems still to date haven’t been rectified 5 months on! Would avoid at all costs!

Insulting used car valuation
I recently part exchanged my wife's 2016 Mini One D that was in mint condition and way below the average mileage for the year with Sytner in Nottingham. After the first insulting offer for the part exchange on my wife's Mini D, that I refused. Sytner then negotiated amongst themselves and made their second part exchange offer that I still thought was way off the part exchange valuation. My wife and I had set our heart on the Mini Cooper Sport that Sytner Nottingham were selling. So I accepted their new part exchange offer. Now we all know that car dealerships are in the business to make a profit. But when you see your part exchanged Mini that they have insulted you with on their forecourt with £4,900 profit only 3 days after the sale is nothing short of insulting behaviour. Sytner Nottingham will be getting a strongly worded email that will go to their head office too. In regards to the actual sales side for the used Mini we purchased, that was spot on. Becky who was on the sales team was absolutely brilliant. Becky stayed in regular contact with either myself or my wife. Any questions or request we asked was dealt with immediately. Any info Becky needed from us was put across clear so we fully understood one another. Becky was very freindly and professional throughout and a great asset to Sytner Mini in Nottingham

At each stage of choosing, ordering, waiting and collecting my new car I was made to feel like the only customer. Everyone made me feel welcomed, talked me through each stage and answered all my questions in a timely manner with confidence. I had great experience with the mini synter garage in Nottingham. In particular Becky was very very helpful. It was my first time buying a car and she was incredibly helpful and put me at ease about the whole process.
