Really friendly and welcoming place. Dealt with Matthew Priestley who was excellent throughout my order, it was actually the 2nd car I’ve ordered through him and it was his welcoming nature and excellent communication that made me go back. Everybody there is so friendly with plenty of parking and complimentary coffee. I would 100% recommend Sytner Nottingham to anybody and thanks again to Matthew Priestley.

Excellent service
Ordered my vehicle last year and got it the other day due to the micro chip shortage, but despite the wait I was kept updated all the way through on the progress. On the day of collecting my new vehicle the salesman took time to explain the updated controls.

I was looked after by Sophie in Sales. Nothing too much trouble and always answered my questions. There was a delay with my new car but I was kept updated by Sophie. I recommend this dealership.

Buying our new Mini Cooper
We saw the Mini we wanted online and contacted the Nottingham dealership. We spoke to Sophie Mann and from the first conversation with her, we felt very confident that we were dealing with someone who would look after us.
Sophie kept us informed and up to date at each stage of the purchase and even contacted us on the day of delivery of the car to ensure that we were happy with everything - which we were. She was very helpful and professional from start to finish.
I would have no hesitation with recommending Nottingham Mini and Sophie Mann if you are looking for your next car.

Love the mini
Love the mini hard choice to down size from the 3 series BMW but no regrets. There is a rattle on the passenger side and my car is already booked in.
Had 2 very efficient sales people Rebecca & Sophie. Sophie was very good at explaining the in car computer system, wasn’t patronising given my age. Constantly reinforcing by them both & Mike to contact them with any help and advice.

Buying my New Mini
From the moment I walked in the showroom I was met by Holly from sales, who was very professional and understood which car I required and with the business managers we managed to sort a deal that suited us both
Whilst waiting for the car to be built Holly kept me informed of its progress.
When I collect the car it all ran smoothly and the handover was excellent

Poor communication
I have recently purchased a used Mini Cooper and it is exactly the car I was looking for. This is the only good part of my experience with Sytner. I found communication with the sales representative to be very difficult, with calls going unanswered and emails seemingly ignored. I wanted to purchase the car and have it delivered on a particular day and made this clear at the outset. Despite assurances that the car would be delivered on time, I was let down at the last minute and delivery was delayed. I don’t mind delays, what really upsets me is poor or no communication.
