I could not fault Lizzie Swift when I purchased a used MINI from her at the end of August. From the off she put me at ease and took the time to answer my questions and I had a few! She also went above and beyond by going on the DVLA website to change the ownership of my previous car to my partner which was much appreciated. I am now the proud owner of a much wanted Racing Green MINI Cooper Sport, thank you!

I have been a customer at Sytner Oldbury for many years. My latest purchase is a Mini Countryman cooper classic - customer service with Dan was great as usual he kept me informed throughout the process from order through to delivery.

I Recently purchased a vehicle from Sytner MINI Oldbury.
This was all done via phone call and email as I live down south and couldn’t get the the dealership.

I must give immense praise to the staff for their professionalism, efficiency, and amazing customer service I received. Nothing was too much for the staff who returned my calls and answered all questions over the phone and email I asked.

I bought the car on a Sunday over the phone and it was mot’d, serviced and delivered to me by Wednesday lunchtime.

The whole process was smooth sailing and stress free……This was due to the staff - especially Reece who was amazingly helpful, nothing was too much for him in arranging the car to be delivered to me so quickly possible and any questions I had he would get back to me promptly with answers.

I would 100% recommend purchasing a vehicle from Sytner MINI Oldbury .

Recently collected my new car. It was a much easier experience with some documents being sent via email which reduced the time spent at the showroom.
Mark Taylor dealt with my sale and as previously, nothing was too much trouble. He’s always friendly and happy to help in anyway he can. He responds to emails quickly which is always important and I know that this will be consistent through any after sales enquires. He was also very good at keeping me ‘up to speed’ which I was grateful for. Overall, great experience!
