All bells no whistles
The worst customer service I've ever received in my life! left me without a car for 4 days and when the courtesy car did arrive it was undriveable as had a slow puncture(gave me the exact car 2 weeks prior which I reported to enterprise with same tyre defect when my car was at styner the first time) felt like a second class citizen from start to finish as it was a warranty issue.

First Mini ! What a refreshing change to walk into a relaxed sales showroom and be greeted by staff that really know the product.
Lizzie was absolutely brilliant in sorting from the start to collecting the car and following up to ensure everything was ok.

Cannot fault the customer service I have received from Oldbury Sytner Mini. Having been messed around by the Coventry branch, Steve Rowley helped me immediately and provided above and beyond service (even now 2 weeks on from purchase). I think all Sytner branches are poor.
There is no customer service.
I barely took my car there & I received marketing information on the post when I specifically said on my first phone call, I don't want any!
Secondly I took my car to Oldbury body shop & never heard anything back?
I won't be using them again.

Very friendly and helpful staff
Very friendly and helpful staff. Informative but not pushy and easy contactable. On pick up there was a minor issue with the Bluetooth but this was quickly sorted and I was given a full tank of petrol for the inconvenience. Love my new car and would use Sytner Oldbury again without hesitation.

Excellent Customer Service
I was looking to get my first 4 Series BMW and although I am confident I once had a bad experience at a car dealership which put me off going to speak to sales assistants altogether. Therefore, I was a little anxious about approaching Sytner in Oldbury with it being a leading car dealership.
However, I met with sales person Tim Holmes and he immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. He remained professional, patient, friendly, very knowledgeable and transparent about the model in particular I wanted. Tim never once made me feel uneducated about cars, instead he worked with me and was empathetic to my circumstances. This immediately told me he was experienced and had amazing people skills and wasn't just some annoying sales person trying to make a bonus by the end of the month. He demonstrated pride in his work which directly contributed to the overall customer service the dealership provided. He's truly an asset to the organisation, as I ended up going for the BMW and will also be going back there, and recommending Sytner to family and friends. Keep up the great work!
