Great customer service
Great customer service. Ordering the new car was easy and there was no pressure to purchase “extras”. I was kept informed all the way through the process and collection day was quick and easy. This is my third purchase, from Sutherland Oldbury, with no complaints.

Zesty Yellow Mini Convertible
I knew exactly what car I wanted as I had been doing my homework and had been in touch with other garages. So when I seen this car I knew it was the one I wanted - I just had to work out the finances to match!!
I contacted Sytner to discuss and I got offered a great trade in value for my car so the deal was very easy.
The car I picked was a demonstrator and they kindly pulled it from the fleet straight away so it wasn’t running up any more miles until I got there.
The car was immaculate except for a few tiny stone chips on the two bonnet stripes. When I pointed them out to mark he immediately made a phone call and got a guy to replace them. I was so pleased with the car I left the garage with! It is perfect and I can’t thank Mark enough for ensuring i got the car of my dreams and I truly love it!

Excellent first contact by Reece Wheeler with a superb video review of the mini, covering all the main items that i was interested in.
I was very pleased with the price offered for my car and i was happy to do the deal that week.
There were a few problems with mini releasing the car but I felt that it was all dealt with excellently by your team at Sytner Oldbury
A special mention to Reece for being able to deal with all the different complications superbly well, and i was sorry not to meet him personally, but all went well and i am extremely happy with my new car.

Very friendly service and sales person was very good and not pushy and wanted to make sure we had a good experience and end up with the car we wanted.
We also had a couple of minor issues that was dealt with very quickly which was great.

A really pleasurable and happy experience
We had a very good experience when we decided to upgrade our Mini. Gary Matthews in Mini Sales at Syntner Oldbury was so informative, answering any questions or concerns we had with no pressure to purchase.
Gary kept in touch with us when we placed our order assuring and advising us every step of the way. We were very happy with the service we received from him, nothing was too much trouble and when we need to change our car in the future we would definitely go back to him.
