We visited Sytner Select in Northampton today to buy a car for our son. The service we received from Alfie was exceptional. The cars we wanted to see were reserved for us, we were seen swiftly and nothing felt like too much trouble. Having decided on a car, the purchase was smooth, unhurried and with no pressure selling. Having never shopped here before, we were very impressed with everything and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. A great experience from start to finish. Thank you!

Excellent service from Justyna at Syntec
We had a really positive experience dealing with Justyna at Syntec when purchasing our car. She was extremely friendly, approachable and, most importantly, honest throughout the whole process.
Justyna was very patient with us and took the time to explain everything clearly, answering all our questions without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. She made what can sometimes be a stressful experience of buying a car feel straightforward and comfortable.
We really appreciated her professionalism and genuine attitude. It was clear that she wanted us to feel confident and happy with our purchase, rather than simply making a sale.

Shocking experience needed a spare key…
Shocking experience needed a spare key parts stated two says and they would contact me that didn't happen I chased after 6 days. Was told then to rind service dept to arrange programming rang three times no reply left 3 separate messages. In end drove 45 mins way to speak with someone got apmt booked then got call 2 days later changing date of apmt. Turn up on new date to be told not expected till following date. Told no one available to do programming after 2pm then suddenly someone can. Told will take 30 mins over an hour later having been in dealership for 2 hours as I write this im still waiting. And was informed that the parts dept should liase with service dept not the customer ringing service dept to arrange apmt. Overall shocking experience however given the above the manager listened to my experience and give credit where credit is due fully apologised and waived the programming fee. Hopefully lessons learnt

Harvey - Toyota Yaris
Bought a Toyota Yaris last Friday. The team were amazing in organising the car in a quick turnaround after seeing the car on Thursday for the first time. Got the car colour protected and the full clean gave it an amazing shine.
