Worst experience ever buying a car
Picked up the car 14 May, after work that needed to be carried out. Hadn't been valeted and all the extra guardx I paid for hadn't been done. Had to go back to have more work carried out as they were waiting for a part, then found out it needed a new windscreen, at that time they did the valet and guardx d it wasn't the best. Drove it to Wales for a week got it home the following Saturday with low water coolant showing on dash, not low, it had no water in thr reservoir what so ever. After numerous phone calls to the Northants branch, finally got the car picked up on a recovery truck, 4 days later on 3 June. 3 days later found out it was a coolant pipe leaking form the rear heating. 3 days to get a drawing from LR to see where the pipe is to be fitted. Then today 12/6 I had to call again to see what was going on as I had no calls from them at all telling me what was going on. Only to find out that they had received the drawing and had ordered rhe part but still needed it all to be agreed. Was told at least 8hrs to do but still no idea when the vehicle will be ready......
As for Taylor Johnson who is supposedly my assigned advisor I've not managed to speak to him/her what so ever. Not had the car for 30 days yet and it spent more time in your work shop than on the road. I'm really frustrated and just want to hand the car back to yourselves.... very poor customer care service, not one phone call, it's been my wife or myself that have done all the chasing, and it takes ages, as you can never get hold of the relevant person.

Excellent service provided for Sytner my sales man was Dan Harvey and what a legend. He helped me with absolutely everything I had a question about. Very open with all information including there mark up on the car itself + all the benefits of dealing with professionals.
I would definitely recommend and buy again from Sytner and Dan himself again.
