I wish there was a zero star to express how disappointed I was. I have a problem with the tyre pressure which I know for sure it was because of the sensor because the other tyre had the same issue. I explained this when I booked for the car to be fixed and even on the day that I left the car. I was told that they have done a diagnostic test and there was nothing wrong with that tyre. I paid for the diagnostic test but I knew that the problem wasn’t resolved. I insisted that that the problem was with the sensor but the man who attended to me said I can take the car somewhere else if I wish. I wish that man had shown me this kind of attitude when I bought the car. Now its just a few weeks and the same problem is back again. That’s what I went through with same tyre which they eventually replaced the sensor after visiting them for more than four times.
I feel ripped off and not being listened to.
I will take this further to rip off britain

It is never our intention for any customer to feel unheard or dissatisfied. I can see that when your vehicle came in last month, the technician carried out a diagnostic scan of the vehicle and no fault codes were found in the system. During the inspection, it was noted that the tyre was underinflated, so it was inflated to the correct PSI. We do understand your frustration. However, based on the checks carried out, the technician confirmed that there was no fault present with the TPMS sensor. If you would still like us to proceed with replacing the sensor, we would be happy to arrange this for you. That said, we would not want you to incur unnecessary costs if there is currently no confirmed fault. Unfortunately, we would also be unable to submit a claim to your extended warranty provider for a replacement TPMS sensor without a confirmed fault to support the claim. If the tyre pressure warning light has illuminated again since your last visit, we would be more than happy to arrange for the vehicle to come back in so we can carry out further checks. I’m sorry to hear that you feel you are being treated unfairly. Please be assured that our intention is simply to provide the correct advice and avoid unnecessary costs where possible. Great customer service from Ryan, super helpful from greeting us in the showroom, showing us the car and then just chatting to us about the process of buying from Synter Select. We were allowed to test drive the car with Ryan almost immediately. We finalised the sale with Sebastian...who was equally excellent at explaining the detailed costs etc.

Excellent vehicle that we are all really chuffed with. Ella and Chaylee did a good job of looking after us but also driving a hard bargain. Only time will tell about the warranty but we have gone with the full 3 years so 🤞 but it looks good on paper.

A real mix of experience at the site at Swindon. We went to look at first cars for my daughter. Ella was excellent - very attentive and helpful. Helped us find a couple of cars that met with our requirements and arranged a test drive. All continued to go well until we agreed to buy the car - I would have thought they would want to accelerate at that point and get the sale sorted. Sadly we were left waiting for about an hour before we could see a ‘manager’ to complete the sale. Ella continued to check in on us but it was out of her control. Completely took the shine off the experience for my daughter and if it wasn’t for her then I would have left and they would have lost the sale.

We had a fantastic experience with Sytner Approved Used Cars, and Nathan made the whole process smooth from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful without being pushy.
