A real mix of experience at the site at…
A real mix of experience at the site at Swindon. We went to look at first cars for my daughter. Ella was excellent - very attentive and helpful. Helped us find a couple of cars that met with our requirements and arranged a test drive. All continued to go well until we agreed to buy the car - I would have thought they would want to accelerate at that point and get the sale sorted. Sadly we were left waiting for about an hour before we could see a ‘manager’ to complete the sale. Ella continued to check in on us but it was out of her control. Completely took the shine off the experience for my daughter and if it wasn’t for her then I would have left and they would have lost the sale.

We had a fantastic experience with Sytner Approved Used Cars, and Nathan made the whole process smooth from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful without being pushy. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly and made sure we felt confident in our decision.
Nathan kept us updated throughout and made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel easy and straightforward. His customer service was excellent, and nothing felt like too much trouble.
