Great Mini after a long wait
Service from mini has always been excellent. However, We did have to wait a considerable time for our new mini and communication regarding the delay wasn't great. When we did take possession of the car Jody at Sytner was very friendly and professional The only gripe would be the GAP insurance. This wasn't explained thoroughly and the price seemed to have been skimmed over. When I finally realised the price was £619 it had to be cancelled as the same product cost me £245 elsewhere.

Brilliant service!
When to collect my brand new MINI Countryman from Sheffield. Oliver Lynam the sales advisor I'd been dealing with over the past 10 months kept me update date with the construction of the car, right up until the arrival! He made the whole process of transferring my old car and all the paperwork so easy, and was super down-to-earth and relatable! Definitely ask for Oliver if your wanting a new MINI as he was brilliant!

My purchase of a mini clubman at Sytner
The people at Sytner were very friendly and helpful. I did not feel pressured during discussions about a new car and they guided me with details of the cars available to help make my decision on a car. The opportunity to do a test drive in the showroom car I purchased was very useful. This is the 4th Mini I have purchased from Sytner Sheffield Mini.
On this occasion I had the pleasure of dealing with Sales Executive Oliver Lynam.
From my initial visit to the showroom and agreeing on a suitable deal on a new Cooper S Sport, Oliver kept me updated each month on an expected date of delivery as the lead time was going to be 5 months and arranging on a suitable date for collection.
Oliver remained extremely friendly and professional throughout, understanding my needs and requirements I had for my new car.
Thank you Oliver, it is so refreshing to receive such fantastic customer service these days.
Also thank you to Russell Watts who conducted the handover on collection day. Russell explained all the new differences on my new car and assisted me by setting up Apple Car Play and the Mini App.
Finally thank you to Joe Percy - Business Manager. I have dealt with Joe on previous visits to the showroom. On this occasion I had a couple of questions/ queries which Joe dealt with in a swift and timely manner.
