This is my fifth new Mini over the years, but the first I've purchased by myself. My late husband usually dealt with this kind of thing. Oliver at Sytner Sheffield couldn't have been more helpful. From my initial enquiry, to placing my order and then on the day of collection. His level of customer service is perfect. As always a Great Buying Experience at Sytner Sheffield
My wife and I have both purchased several cars from Sytner over the years, but on this occasion we were just there for a routine service,
However while we were waiting and browsing the current stock, our sales man Sam Chadwick who had sold us our previous Mini recognised us and came over to chat.
Sam is a really nice guy, so helpful and friendly.
We had expressed an interest in a particular style of Mini, but I honestly didn’t think that we were in a position to afford to buy. However Sytner Sheffield came up with a fair deal tailored to our budget and
also sourced the perfect car for us within the group.
So we had arrived that day expecting a routine service and left as the proud owners of a brand new car. My wife has a beaming smile on her face every time she picks up the keys to her new Mini,

Great personable service from New car sales, from early selection of vehicle to knowledge on spec etc. Everything was seamless and the dealership is a nice place to purchase a new Mini. Handover was great, with everything set up including the Mini app on my phone to get me started. Would highly recommend Sytner Mini Sheffield

Superb service !
The Sales person, Sam Chadwick at Mini Sheffield, really went above and beyond for me, I was quoted 4 month delivery by another dealership for a new Mini Countryman and I placed an order with Sam as he got back to me before anyone else with a car for immediate delivery, and then when I wanted to get a higher spec car he found one and got it for me and changed the order without delay. Excellent service, and as a Sales Manager myself I appreciated the high level of service provided.

Russell Watts the Mini sales executive organised everything over the phone and turned the car around in just a couple of days.
The effort in making the journey on our part was rewarded by exceptional service and attention to detail by Russel.
The Sytner Sheffield BMW/Mini set up is seriously impressive. It’s a shame it’s a bit too far for us to use for servicing.

This was my 6th Mini from Sytner Sheffield, but my first with Holly.
She made things easy from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and she kept me updated with delivery updates all along the way. Even helped me with switching my Private Plate which I’d never done before as it was new on my last car.

While there were delays in getting the vehicle, it was clear these were not the fault of the Dealership. The premises are very impressive and create a great buying experience. Most stand out observation was the person dealing with us. Holly B was knowledgeable, friendly and completely helpful throughout the whole process and was great to work with.
