My 6th Mini from Sytners
My 6th Mini from Sytners. They have always provided excellent service and on this occasion I was well looked after by Sophie. I have very reluctantly had to change my Cooper Hatchback for a Countryman because of back problems. I could have chosen another brand but I was delighted that I was able to stay with Mini and Sytners.

Outstanding service
The team went above and beyond when we encountered a slight hitch on picking up our new purchase. Jessica was amazing and a credit to the company. The communication was constant and they even helped with the sale of our old car to keep everything running smoothly

Terrible dealers
Very poor dealers do not have any interest in customer service the managers ignore all communication will not respond to email.new car preparation was terrible car had scratches and damage no interest in sorting problems once they have your money,avoid this company .

I might have just been lucky but wanted to exchange my current 3 door mini for a 5 door. I had specific "wants" and Paul was able to pinpoint a car immediately. I was also invited to take a similar staff car home to see if it went into the garage. It did! This is my 3rd mini from Sytner.

Outstanding dealership. From the time I walked through the door, staff were welcoming, knowledgeable about product and talked through all options with me. A good variety of vehicles on site to look at for different body types and interiors.
