The sales representative Jamal was pushy. It was a pleasant experience buying the car, which was different to what I’m used to. They listened to what our vehicle requirements and delivered on all aspects.
There were lots of vehicle options and all at a reasonable price.
My request was very precise and they delivered on every level. I couldn’t fault the customer service and the salesman Jamal was a genuine chap who went above and beyond to meet our needs. He’s a credit to Sytner.

From start to finish, the team at Sytner Mini Solihull were exemplary. I had an idea that I might like to buy a mini. Within 2 hours of arrival on the forecourt, Jamal Hussain and the finance team had understood my needs, found me a car and gone on a test drive! Jessica Jane at the Solihull branch want above and beyond from the first phone calling to collecting the car. Called the branch to confirm cars was still for sale within minutes a call back regarding both vehicles. Once arrived friendly welcoming approach happy to answer any questions and also leave me to have time to look around alone. Once I choose the vehicle I wanted Jessica kept me up to date with when collection would be and on day of collection was faultless . Tileah is a superb sales rep for Mini. She isn’t pushy and really seek to understand your requirement. She kept me fully up to date through the process. On the handover day she took time to run through new features on my car as even though I was already a Mini driver a lot had been updated. She’s a star.

Looked after really well by Alex, while I was waiting for my new mini he kept me updated. He set everything up for the handover of the car as my working commitments were making it difficult for me to get in. Nothing was too much trouble. Questionable sales tactics???!!!
Reserved a car online - Sytner mini - Solihull. Paid the reserve deposit, received a confirmation email saying the car was reserved for us.
Received a call from Josh to say ‘someone was coming to look at the car’ so we could not reserve it! I asked for my deposit to be returned and he said he would hold it until the end of the day ‘just in case’ it wasn’t sold!
Despite me pushing for the deposit to be returned. He even went to elaborate how lovely the car was.
Sytner still have my deposit and no call back to advise the car was sold.
Absolutely diabolic customer service.
I am a BMW Sytner customer - will I buy from you again ? I doubt it.
