I visited the showroom to investigate changing my car and walked out having ordered a brand new electric Mini! Paul, the salesperson, is excellent. He really knows his stuff and sold without being pushy. The finance team is also excellent and the whole experience was top notch. I have been to other Mini dealerships and Sytner is most definitely up there as the best. The Solihull branch is friendly and welcoming and I would not hesitate to buy from them.

OUR NEW MINI 2022
We ordered our mini first week in Sept 2021, but parts shortages meant it was not available to us until 17January 2022.
We were treated very well from day one by the team member, Tileah, who arranged our order, handling all our questions/queries, and providing regular updates re the manufacturing delays/progress etc.
We are very impressed with Mini and specifically the way the organisation looks after it's customers.

AVOID at all costs! Completely done over today by Ian and Sophie really upset by the situation. They are very dishonest to get your business and then boom as your about to get your new car they offer less for your car after already guaranteeing a certain price. This trick may work for some customers but I pulled out will take my custom elsewhere!

Excellent service and communication by Lily Bennett getting our Mini upgraded to a Countryman Cooper S. Despite the very long wait due to the chip shortage and COVID, it was worth it in the end. We even moved house during this time, 2 hours away, and she sorted the delivery with ease. Great job👍
