Easy transaction
Upgraded my 2 yr old JCW 3 dr hatch to a new JCW Clubman.
Quite a long delivery period but I was kept updated by James Downham on a weekly basis and the part exchange price for the hatch was held.
Altogether a painless process.

After driving another brand for many years I was nervous at trying something new. However, I was blown away by the professionalism and knowledge of the sales staff and warm welcome when I visited the Mini Ascot showroom. I cannot fault the whole process from buying the car to collection which was also a fantastic experience. A special mention to TJ who went above and beyond.

Communication
Communication leaves a lot to be desired. I fail to understand how it can be both efficient and effective to have the person answering the main telephone so far from the dealership. This leads to many duplicated phone calls and frustration on behalf of the customer.

Fantastic service dept
Adam and the rest of the team in the service department went above and beyond to help fix my cooper D. After a bad and expensive experience at a previous garage the team at sytner Sunningdale were so helpful and kind in sorting everything out.
Can't recommend them highly enough, keep up the good work!
