I purchased my second Mini from Sytner Sunningdale. The entire experience was great. Cheney from the sales department was helpful and patient and explained all the options clearly. Having enquired about a specific limited edition mini to several dealers online Sunningdale Sytner mini were the only ones (and specifically Cheyney Whitelock) who came back by phoning me (and on a Sunday) to see if they could help which indeed they did and I now have exactly what I want Edina friendly and helpfull manner.

A very satisfied customer
A great overall experience from initial visit to the showroom to look at options to the final collection of the car. The customer service was excellent as was the communication throughout the entire process. Really nice people and I genuinely felt that nothing was too much trouble. I'm not driving a car that I absolutely love so all in all I'm one happy customer.
