Cheyney gave us informative, friendly help when we arrived to look at cars.
There was no pressure to buy, but when the grand decision was made, she smoothed all legal stuff to enable me to proudly drive back home.

Tom was very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him, bearing in mind we had not booked an appointment, as we did not intend to buy a car on the day. However, because of his enthusiasm and his knowledge of the brand we did and we are very pleased.

Excellent service from Cheyney- very helpful, not pushy and quick to answer my queries pre and post purchase. A pleasure to do business with. Sadly financial aspects (not dealt with by her) became a source of frustration and ultimately annoyance hence not 5*.

Been a Sytner Sunningdale customer since 2016, when their BMW operation proved to be miles ahead of any local competition in terms of service and value for money. Lewis needs a mention within this review, the product knowledge he has demonstrated is second to none. His communication skills are excellent, keeping me up to date on the progress of my delivery as well as following up any queries I have efficiently. The transaction was painless and dealt with efficiency and professionalism.
TJ, who I understand has just started at Sytner also needs a mention for his excellent customer service skills. I have been a customer with sytner for a number of years and customer service is definitely the reason I stay loyal.

I have not been the easiest of customers, with a number of changes of heart along the way, but TJ was always accommodating putting the customer first. He went to greater efforts to send videos demonstrating features.

Buying a new car during lockdown was daunting but I need not have worried.
It was a smooth transaction from beginning to end. Part exchanging my then current car to collection of my ‘very nearly new Mini’ was so easy. It was helped by all the staff I had contact with especially TJ who patiently explained all the gadgets and controls on my new vehicle. The car, on collection, was immaculate and I am very happy with my lockdown purchase and the service I received.

Was asked to place a £500.00 deposit to secure the car i wanted as they told me someone else was interested in the same car.
Was informed the car i was part exchanging was at the same value as the new car so basically it was a straight swap.
Two days after signing the paperwork and collecting the new car i was telephoned by Mini to tell me that they had made a mistake and my £500.00 deposit was non refundable.
I feel that i was slightly robbed.

Lewis worked extremely hard to source a mini to suit my requirements, and made the complete experience enjoyable. Especially considering the Covid restrictions.

In these unprecedented times, buying a car was challenging, particularly as I was unable to physically view, and test drive the cars. This was my first new hybrid Mini and I was concerned about going through the whole online process. However, the professional, friendly and diligent approach by James Culley and subsequent handover by TJ Costis ensured a smooth transition. We were very well looked after by communication from Cheyney at sytner bracknell, however on the day of purchasing the car it was s very subdued day and was not made a special one, more could have been done.

Tom Collins was really helpful when I enquired about changing my golf & was thinking of buying a mini. He asked the right questions & listened to what I wanted. He then went away & found my perfect car & colour that I had my heart set on. Tom also helped me rule out what engine size I needed by thinking outside the box & organising a test drive for me. Both Tom & Neil were really helpful & because of this I now own a mini. I would totally recommend them.
