My experience purchasing my new mini from Synter Sunningdale Mini was Really excellent. I worked with Adrian Judd through the entire purchase. He was fast to answer all my questions and helped out as much as he could. I was a little skeptical at first because I bought the car Online unseen . Adrian made the car purchase easy by offering a complete video Of the car and pointing out blemishes to make sure there were no surprises once I received the car. My car was delivered by TJ Costis who was incredible in every way , he was patient and spent a long time going through each feature of my new car making sure I was happy and comfortable with my purchase. I would highly recommend working with Both Adrian and TJ to purchase your next vehicle.

Had a great experience with Sytner Sunningdale, I was served by Lewis in Mini Sales for a second hand Mercedes and he was great with communication to me and getting all the documents signed beforehand so it was an easy and quick car pickup. He even had an item I had left in the car by accident posted back to me! Fab experience even though I wasn't buying a new car from them.

Decided to purchase a Mini during lockdown! Not the best timing, but Mini Sunningdale handled the process from start to finish in a very professional and 100% safe way. Tom Collins done a great job of explaining the Click and Collect process and everything went smoothly. The Wife is delighted with it and it was exactly as described and promised by Tom.

In these "strange" times it requires good organisation and adaptability to progress if that is just keeping your head above the waterline. Buying a car during lockdown was a challenge . The process started in Late August .

Try harder than most competitors to get you a good deal
Had a good specked car and made significant efforts to give me the deal I wanted which was eventually achieved .Hopefully long term customer support as good as Sales .
