Awesome service from Tara Bowen
Awesome service from Tara Bowen. From initially taking time to see us on the forecourt, through to collecting the car today. Great customer service and breakfast too! We can’t praise her highly enough for everything, a fun test drive, and being so friendly all the way through. Great communication whilst the purchase was going through and a buyers video was a lovely touch.

The personal touch of the sales person Lewis Hughes. He understood my needs and kept me informed at every stage of my buying a new Mini. He answered every e-mail promptly and was thoroughly professional. He came up with solutions to any potential problems. This is the third Mini I have bought from him.

I had my mini booked in to have the…brake pads changed
I had my mini booked in to have the brake pads replaced and agreed with mini beforehand that they would be able to drop my husband to work instead of him having to wait with the car, we checked this was possible with more than one employee. Unfortunately on the day in question we had to cancel last minute and we were told when we rang that they don’t have the facility to give lifts which I was very disappointed to hear considering that was one of the reasons I was using their services. I am now reconsidering using Mini in Swansea for any future services because of this issue.

We purchase a used Mini Countryman which we were alerted to though the approved mini portal. Your sales rep (Tara Bowen) was very professional and attended to our queries and requests for extras in a very timely and friendly manner via mobile and email. We were particularly impressed by her video and commentary on the vehicle. We are delighted with the car and would happily recommend Sytner.
