Electric Mini
Tara Bowen made the whole process enjoyable and informative, she went through all the controls and car features and at no time did I feel rushed. She made me feel special when collecting my 3rd mini but my 1st electric one. Tara allayed my fears of switching to an electric car, and the best surprise was when the car turned up 2months early. Thank you Tara, Mini and Sytner.

From the time I made an initial enquiry, the team at Swansea were great. Lewis in particular was brilliant to deal with - friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help. Although Swansea is quite a distance from where I live, this was never an issue and everything was seamless. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anybody interested in buying a Mini.

We were very happy with the service from Sytner when we recently purchased our Mini Countryman. The process was made really easy for us as both my husband and myself are retired. The salesman went through all the functions with us and couldn’t have been more helpful.

Electric Mini from Sytner Swansea….
Just bought an Electric Mini from Sytner Swansea. This is my second car from them. Lewis Broad was the sales executive on both occasions. He has been absolutely brilliant. Be it explaining doubts, taking you for test drives, sorting out paperwork….he just makes the whole process of buying a car look so easy. Will definitely recommend Sytner Swansea.

Buying our first Mini…..our experience!
Lewis really took the time to explain all the different variations in the mini range in order to tease out what we were looking for. He then found one at the desired spec and moved quickly to reserve it. In the meantime he arranged a test drive at our home for convenience. He also addressed any issues that we might have had. This also meant delivering the car to our house. Great service & experience. We are really happy with the car. Thanks again Lewis!

Excellent experience
I had an excellent experience at Sytner in Swansea. Tara couldn’t have been more helpful and the process went smoothly. When I picked up my mini she did all the paperwork and explained the workings of the car in detail which was very helpful to I me. Tara was thoroughly professional and a pleasure to deal with throughout and I would have no hesitation in returning.

Mini Counrtyman from Synter Swansea

I've just taken delivery of my third MINI from Lewis Hughes at Sytner Swansea. I love my new car and as always the service from Lewis was first class. I got exactly the right car for me and was kept up to date throughout the order process. Lewis was quick to answer all my (very specific!) queries and always talked through options.
