Fantastic service from start to finish, slight mix up with the number plates, but sorted within a couple of hours, only took that long as we live that far away.

The service provided by the team at Sytner Swansea Mini was amazing. Lewis’ customer service is nothing short of exceptional, showing a level of commitment to his clients that I have never experienced within any other business or service. Whether early morning, weekend or evening, Lewis would respond to emails at lightening speed; which for someone like me, with a job where communication with if the 9-5 weekdays is impossible, this was invaluable! Upon ordering the car, Lewis provided clear and useful advice about my options and the best car choice for my needs. Unfortunately, I experienced extreme delays that were out of Lewis’ control. Throughout the 7 months’ wait for the delivery of my car, Lewis kept consistent communication with me and continued his attempt reduce my wait time. When pick-up day finally arrived, the handover process was smooth and hassle-free. Lewis took the time to give me a full tour of the car’s features and ensured I was all set up and ready to enjoy all features of the car’s technology. I felt comfortable driving off the forecourt with a good understanding of the car.

This was my first purchase with Mini, but the service I received at Sytner Swansea has ensured that I will be a returning customer for many years to come.

All of the staff at Swansea Mini are friendly and helpful. Especially Sam on the service desk and Lewis on sales. Lewis was very helpful with my recent purchase, always keeping me up to date with everything and explaining things well.

My husband and I walked into Sytner Swansea not really looking for a Mini as we thought we could not afford one. We then met a lovely saleslady named Charlotte. I must say at this point that my husband and I are elderly and have found salespersons in the local showroom that we have used for several years' have become quite patronising thinking they know what we want rather than letting us decide, that is why we decided to try somewhere else. Well we did and met Charlotte, the nicest person. The service we received was second to none. Although we have to wait for delivery of our Mini, Charlotte kept us updated. Great service from the Team in Swansea, especially Charlotte who is a great asset to your Company.

I recently purchased a new Mini from Sytner, Swansea, and was completely satisfied with the experience from initial visit to test drive to (early) delivery to my home.

From the minute I walked through the door of the Mini Show room, I knew I was going to purchase a Mini. I had a very warm welcome everything was explained to me in detail and they even loaned me a Mini electric to try for the day.
The Mini arrived a month earlier than expected and the whole process from completing the paper work to buying the car was faultless, and I dealt with the same person throughout the process.

I have been buying from the Sytner group for 16 years, Every purchase has been done with excellent customer care and satisfaction. Having identified the chosen car through carwow, Sytner Swansea's representative Lewis Broad provided all we needed to know about our proposed purchase which included an extremely informative video and test drive. He met my wife's every need and dealt with the purchase of our car without any historical 'car salesman's' pressurisation yet in a professional and customer caring way.

The service has been outstanding from inquiry to completion of purchase and after care. Thank you to the staff. A very helpful and polite young lady dealt with me - she always cheerful and nothing seems to be too much trouble - she has stayed in constant touch with me to help me with my learning process - so I can enjoy my new Mini Countryman.

I've not had the best experience in so far as actually getting my new Electric Mini 3 is cocerned, after waiting for 5 months longer than expected, my car finally arrived...only to be recalled 12 hours before I was due to collect it. A week later I am still none the wiser as to why or when I will be able to take collection. However, my rating is purely due to the excellent customer service I've received from Graham Dawson. He has made sure to keep in touch and reassure me every step of the way. He has been as frustrated with the situation as I am, but has done his best to minimise the inconvenience. I have also spoken with John, the sales manager who has also been very apologetic and helpful. You should be proud to have such dedicated staff to represent Sytner when stressful sitiations like this occur, both are a real credit to Sytner Swansea.
