My experience with James Hale was great…
My experience with James Hale was great he kept informed with every stage of the process. Even when he rang with bad new which was out of his control he still kept me informed.
Mini as a company was slightly disappointing with the delays in manufacturing and increasing in quotes mid way through the process but this isn’t reflective of James as he kept me informed.

Brilliant Customer Service!
My experience over the past few months has been exemplary.
Always fluid, informative, quick to respond, courteous, respectful and totally understanding with regard to my frustration relating to delays in delivery dates being changed in regard to my new vehicle.
This exasperating situation for me, was dealt with very professionally by Alice Bailey and Chris Wheeler - two exceptional Sales Executives.
They were fantastic, a great asset to Mini Sytner.

New Automatic Mini Driver
The sales person was extremely helpful. He gave all the relevant information regarding the different Minis available & helped me decide which one best suited my needs. He was very patient when I was unsure about purchasing an automatic for the first time & allayed any fears that I had regarding driving one. He also communicated regularly while I waited for my car so I never felt I had been forgotten. He was always there to answer any questions I had. Thanks to him, I have a fabulous car which I love driving. Thank you Chris of Sytner Tamworth. He never put a foot wrong & even phoned a few days after to check I was ok driving it.
