Friendly and efficient service
Friendly and efficient service, punctual staff and clean surroundings, all good. As "older" MINI enjoyers, we (my wife and I) we are sometimes a little in awe and lacking understanding of the tech content in modern cars. The centre staff were very helpful in that respect.

Don't respond to message sent
Sent a message a week ago via the Sytner Mini Tamworth website to the dealership for a price for new tyres and alignment for a countryman. Got the acknowledgement, and now a week has passed without a full response.
Shall be taking my business elsewhere as if they cannot even respond to a message simple request within a reasonable timescale I would not trust them to undertake work.

Good purchase from the dealership…
I have purchased from the Sytner BMW dealership in Tamworth before,, having purchased BMW's for many years. Making a transition to a Mini was a natural transition for me and one that has been straightforward without pressure. The process at a dealership is important to the purchaser and not being pressured into a purchase. My purchase was unpressured, pleasant, and easy conversation and supported decision making made my choice easier. The Sales Person was professional and informative, answering my questions when asked creating a relaxed atmosphere. This is my second mini purchase but this time into a Countryman. The communication with the Sales Person was good whether that be face to face, or email, and going forward to the purchase. My Experience was good and I would recommend.

Great communication when I booked my car in for a service and small repair. Lucy who greeted me on Reception and Lucy from the Service Team was helpful and informed. I got an interesting video to let me know of any problems, the service and repair were done promptly and the loan car was great.
