Wonderful Customer Service
My wife had occasion to take her Mini into Mini Tamworth this morning for its regular service. Gemma Howe, on service reception was a breath of fresh air. Polite, professional and accommodating. When finding out my wife suffers from Parkinsons, she helped prioritise her vehicle although we had not been able to book a "while you wait". Gemma, you are a credit to the Sytner group.

Buying a New Mini
A well informed, educated saleslady who comprehensively explained the differences between new/used Minis but also gave us time and space to think. She knew her product and was able to describe all options to us. She never came across as 'pushy', We had a very pleasurable experience.
