Very helpful staff who explained everything about the car and the finance simply and clearly and kept in touch with progress reports during the period from order to delivery.On handover day the presentation of the car was exceptional and unusual,a unique experience.I have been in contact with the showroom for some assistance with some technical settings and again they have been extremely helpful.As the car is proving to be great in every way it means the whole experience has been enjoyable.

Buying a car was a pleasurable experience!
Not often you can genuinely say buying a car is a pleasurable experience … but this genuinely was!!! Aime at Tamworth Mini was simply fantastic. The car was for my 17 year old daughter and Aime could not have been nicer to her. It also helps the little Mini is fantastic!

I changed to mini Tamworth last time I changed my car which was a random visit to the showroom . This time they contacted me - Amie was great from start to completion. It was so easy to do and they found a vehicle I really wanted!

Fantastic 😁experience
From start to finish of having a new mini was an experience! Staff were friendly and welcoming, I was offered many drinks every time I visited. Richard dealt with me and did everything that was expected and more. On collection of my new mini was like I was on a game show. It was something to behold! Then a few days later Richard followed up to see how I was enjoying my new mini. Couldn’t be happier.
