Purchasing a car from Sytner Tamworth was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend going forward. The experience I received was fantastic! All staff I encountered were friendly, helpful, knowledgable and patient. We were really well looked after and made welcome as soon as we arrived. Mandy, the sales assistant that worked with me, was excellent. She was happy to help in any way that she could and was very patient with me as I wasn’t sure exactly what I was looking for when I arrived at the garage. Mandy took the time to explain the different car options available, show me around the showroom, take me out on a test drive and explain everything clearly and in detail. Once I made the purchase of my car, Mandy was incredibly helpful at communicating with me to keep me updated on the progress on the delivery of my car, as well as paperwork required. I felt that she did everything she could to find me the perfect car and believe that she is ann asset to Sytner. James was also very helpful at explaining the finance side of my purchase and took the time to answer my questions and explain everything in detail. In addition staff were helpful at working behind the scenes while I was in the showroom to search the database and find me a car that met all my requirements. We were well looked after by the lady on the front desk, who kept us comfortable providing drinks regularly. The experience of collecting my car was seamless, with all the paperwork being electronically signed beforehand meaning that the day of collection was about learning about my new car. The added touch of the ‘big reveal’ was unlike anything I have ever experienced when collecting a new car which made the experience so much more special and exciting- the music is a fab addition to the reveal! Upon collection, Mandy took the time to explain everything about my new car in detail, as well as support with setting me up on the app. I feel that the aftercare of buying my car was great as a follow up call was made to check how I was getting on and to answer any questions I had. I am so happy with my new Mini Cooper and I cannot fault my experience at Sytner Tamworth - it was truly fantastic!

Throughout the buying experience Chris was most helpful. However, there are a couple of points I would like to pick up on.
Chris doesn’t call me although he has my phone number - he messages or calls my husband.
When discussing my finance, James asked me about waiting for my husband to return from the toilet before ‘talking money’. I declined, of course.
This car was being bought for me, by me, with my money. This is the only new car I’ve bought and will probably be the last, so I found this disappointing.

I was very impressed when I walked into the showroom for a first time in a long while. The way the different models of the minis were lined up helped me clarify which car to choose. This was of course with the help of your staff who were all very polite and very helpful. It was a lovely experience, that’s all I can say.
