Always a great experience at Tring
Gerry Lane at Sytner Tring was great. He had a thorough knowledge of BMWs and helped me choose the options which suited me.
Even at handover, Gerry took his time to set everything up and ran through the key aspects of the car which I’m delighted with.
This is the 5th new BMW I’ve picked up from Tring and it’s my go to place for purchasing and maintaining my cars. 👍

Very disappointed with the customer care on Tuesday 14th October.
Had my car serviced but the service advisor Sam wouldn’t let me have my car back because I couldn’t pay by card. I offered to pay by cash and even leave the cash till I organised someone to pay the bill for me.
After 12 years of having my BMWs serviced there I expected a bit more customer care.
Even tho I informed sam I needed my car for an important heart appointment at harefield hospital he still wouldn’t let me have my car back.
It was only after speaking to management that I was allowed to take my car.
Bmw know my name and address and telephone number from previous years of servicing but still insisted on keeping my car till I found someone to pay the servicing bill

We had a recall on our mini. Mini were amazing! really helpful! Lloyd Williams was fantastic in explaining the car we were given whilst our mini is having the work done!

I dealt with Rory who was very friendly and professional from the very beginning. I have used Tring BMW in the past so was comfortable to deal with them again. All the people I dealt with were very nice and worked hard to make the deal work for me. At no point was I pressured into anything and felt I received an honest service all the way through. Worth the wait.
The X3 was ordered end of July from Jamie and delivery promised end of October beginning of November. It arrived spot on time thank you.
I have bought a number of BMW's from Jamie over some decades and various firms he has been with and always been impressed with his honesty and fairness.
jamie has (rightly) been promoted and handed the job to Gerry to do the mundane task following up progress reports and maintaining contact. He did his job well because he is a seasoned salesmen.

Sytner Tring response is disingenuous they declined a credit card payment and were in the process of arranging payment, they simply failed to honour their commitment and now are trying to obfuscate.

Excellent service from start to finish! We can’t thank Leah and Guvinder enough for all their help in choosing our new car.
