Incredibly helpful in finding the right car for me
Ahsan and Steven at Sytner Tring went above and beyond in helping me identify the right car for me, and then finding the car and putting a deal together. I'm a fairly keen driver and wanted something great to drive but also practical. That led to quite a few test drives of different vehicles and then several conversations about specs. Ahsan was patient, friendly and helpful in working that through, then put together a great deal (with some prompting!) and got me a very good trade in on my old car. Will definitely come to them again

Check quotations very carefully
Was made an offer for my car prior to travelling to look at the one they had for sale. Asked for finance quotes. Without being asked they added 1200 pounds to the price of the car for ceramic coating and wheel protection etc. This over the period of the finance would make them extra money on the interest. Also they sent out the finance quotes for the wrong duration and forgot to deduct the 700 pound dealer contribution too which also put the monthly price up. They are not of a dealer standard worthy of BMW.
Following in from your reply, as a quality brand you should not be making mistakes of this nature with financial quotations as less careful people would simply sign them. I stand by my feedback that the level or professionalism was severely lacking and the members of staff need to be retrained before being allowed to continue to trade to prevent miss selling in future.

I regret to share a disappointing…
I regret to share a disappointing experience with the after-sales service at my local BMW branch. The after-sales manager displayed a lack of concern, dismissing my concerns with a nonchalant attitude, seemingly unwilling to acknowledge any mistakes. The service team, particularly the individual in the service corner, exhibited an indifferent demeanor and appeared to be attempting to overcharge without genuine assistance. When seeking information on the complaint process, I was informed there was no complaint department, contrary to ombudsman services rules, leaving me without proper channels for resolution. Despite having been a loyal customer with almost 100k worth of business, the overall decline in service quality and attitude from the staff has led me to reconsider my loyalty to this branch. The only highlight was the excellent customer service provided by the receptionist. However, the lack of commitment and consumer duty awareness from the back-end staff may result in the loss of repeated business for the branch. Consideration for alternatives, such as Group1 BMW, where I previously experienced satisfactory after-sales service, is now a compelling option. I intend to express my concerns directly to Louise and hopefully i will have some positive response from her.

Went back to BMW after a horrendous experience with Mercedes. Had a BMW serviced before here and they were really good then, this time was even better. Price was as booked online, service was great and probably completed too quickly as I was quite happy with the peace and quiet, having a few coffee's reading a book!
Would recommend this dealer highly. Reflects their BMW brand far better than Mercedes do. Also learnt the origins of the BMW logo too, which will make me great fun at parties.
