I can’t fault their professionalism
I can’t fault their professionalism. They don’t fob you off and if something is wrong they will do their best to rectify it to your satisfaction. My wife’s Defender had some software issues. Samantha arranged for it to be fixed and Ella looked after me all the way. She kept me updated and has a pleasant smile. They even fixed another issue (at no extra cost) which I didn’t know existed. Dave and his team are a credit to their organisation. I’m delighted with the service I have received. 10/10

We've recently bought our new car from here and have had great service from start to finish. We went into looking to size down our car as we no longer needed a 7 seater, but still needed something with plenty of room. We met a sales executive there called Paul who helped us find the perfect car for us, he listened to what we needed and was really friendly. We can be a bit picky but he was really understanding of our needs. Thank you! Definitely recommend if your looking to get your next car and want some friendly great service from every member of staff you meet.

Friendly and helpful
Friendly and helpful. On arrival we felt comfortable and relaxed with the reception staff who were very efficient.
The sales team were all very friendly and courteous and although we dealt primarily one person (Neil) all others were more than happy to chat and explain things both about our enquiry and other aspects of the business and cars in the showroom.
Would recommend them as a professional team.

My car is very low mileage for its age but the service does not take account
My car is very low mileage for its age so there was no need in my view to perform very high costs aspects of the service so I only asked for those elements of the service that I felt were needed. There was no warranty implications because of the age of the vehicle. Unfortunately because I omitted items my SERVICE REQUIRED warning light was not reset even though I specifically asked that it be reset.
